Biography and Background
William Knoke was founder of the Harvard Capital Group, specializing in
maximizing corporate valuations related to
venture capital, private placements,
mergers and acquisitions
and preparing companies for
initial public offerings.
He is
a graduate of Harvard Business School, (mba)
and Stanford
University (ba
Economics, cum laude).
During the past twenty years, Mr.
Knoke has been a principal or advisor to innumerable deals spanning scores of
industries. His client roster spans entities ranging from IBM and AT&T to the
World Bank and regional governments. He has been a key architect for one of the top five
international banks, as it expanded in the lucrative us
market. Mr. Knoke was also the key strategist behind a California computer company
rising to be rated by The Wall Street
Journal as among the top ten stock-market performers of all American
companies.
His intimate exposure to a variety of
industries — computers, electronics, medical technology, defense, aerospace,
consumer-products, banking and insurance — has given him a rare insider’s look
